In 2017, I made the leap from my PR agency job to start JAC Digital- a boutique agency dedicated to helping small businesses tell their stories.

I started with a laptop, a passion for storytelling, and honestly? A lot of doubt.

Everyone around me was supportive, except me. I was my own biggest critic. It took 6-8 months to really get client traction. I DM'd and emailed over 50 people to get 2 yeses. One of those clients? Still with me today, 8+ years later.

I didn't know it then, but those early struggles taught me something crucial: social media isn't about being perfect. It's about being real.

What started as working with small service-based businesses grew into content days, full-scale strategy, and eventually a team. Today, we serve wellness brands, hospitality groups, finance companies, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs across the U.S. and Canada.
